Lark's Nest Mountain View - Summer Special 20% OFF Rental Rate!

Lark's Nest Mountain View is a comfortable and cozy duplex just a few minutes from downtown Helen.

Summer Special - Book at least 2 nights with arrival by September 30, 2024 and receive 20% OFF the Rental Rate. Excludes Labor Day Weekend. Available for Selected Properties. Only One Discount per Reservation. Please ask for the 20% Discount in Guest Comments when booking online or through a third party.

This property has a modern style with plenty of space that features one king bed, one queen bed and two full bathrooms. The kitchen is fully equipped which flows into a spacious living area that has a gas log fireplace to keep guests warm and cozy on cool evenings. You will also find a laundry area that has a washer and dryer. Outside of the back door there is a deck that has a hot tub, gas grill and patio furniture for comfortable seating.

There is an EV Charger for electric vehicle owners at the front of the property. A fee of $10 per day will be added to your reservation. Please contact our office for more details.

Minimum Age Requirement: Lark's Nest Mountain View is a Luxury Property and is available to families or guests 25 years and older.
Parking: Space is available for 4 vehicles.
Access: The roads are paved all the way to the property.
Community Amenities: Guests have access to the Innsbruck Pickle Ball Courts and the Community Swimming Pool.

Our trip to Helen GA was a wonderful experience. The house was nice and clean, had a fireplace that we spent the first night reading by the fire, it had a hot tub that we thoroughly enjoyed multiple times, and it was located within a few minutes of everything we did while we were there. I’d recommend this rental to anyone looking to explore what Helen GA has to offer. The only thing we didn’t like was that we went for the 4th of July, but the community the rental was located in didn’t allow us to set off the fireworks we purchased specifically for our stay.

We had a wonderful time and the location was great. We had easy access to all of Helen and anything we needed or wanted. We will definitely be going back. No trouble with getting in the property everything was provided as listed. It was nice to see that they even had a few games for us to play. The hot tub was amazing!

This property was the perfect spot for a long weekend getaway! Check in was a breeze, the property manager checked in several times prior to our stay and during the weekend to make sure everything was going smoothly. The property was clean and orderly and conveniently located to everything you would want to experience while in Helen!

The property was as described. We enjoyed the fact that it was a bit off the main roads and gave us easy access to the less crowded backroads, making it stress free to drive the very short distance to and from downtown Helen.

The condo was very nice and clean. Checkin and checkout was very easy. The only downfall would be the mattress for the queen bed was very hard and You could feel the springs in the mattress. Overall it was a great place to stay for our trip to helen.
