“Here is the initial message that I sent that I have not received any correspondence from… The property was not acceptable. It is described as an entire home that is only shared with guests of your party. That is not what is provided. It is a bedroom with an attached bathroom. That is part of an occupied house. The fridge in the room is filthy and quite noisy making it difficult to sleep. The shower screen is filthy. Hair on the basin in the bathroom. There is a tv in the room. Not a smart TV……

“The apartment is very clean and in a great and safe location. Everything you would need in a home away from home was provided, and instructions were very clear. It was easy to walk to the CBD. There are lots of restaurants in the area too. The host was very responsive too. Only cons are 1) The lack of air conditioning. It made for uncomfortable nights. Of the two fans provided, one was very noisy, and the other one designed to help with airflow didn’t seem to do much. 2) The washer and dryer……
