This is Hellyer Beach - it's hidden from view from the highway. Thousands of people would drive by with no idea what they're missing. To the east you can see the "Sleeping Camel" of Rocky Cape National Park. To the west is the distinctive sight of The Nut at Stanley. Directions: You take the Hellyer turn off from the highway and park straight away. Don't turn the corner. Just park the car and walk straight ahead, up the little track between the trees and you'll come out on this huge beach. This is Hellyer Beach - it's hidden from view from the highway. Thousands of people would drive by with no idea what they're missing. To the east you can see the "Sleeping Camel" of Rocky Cape National Park. To the west is the distinctive sight of The Nut at Stanley. Directions: You take the Hellyer turn off from the highway and park straight away. Don't turn the corner. Just park the car and walk straight ahead, up the little track between the trees and you'll come out on this huge beach.
