Nearby Cadgwith has an array of amenities, including a pub, shops and a restaurant, or travel a short way to Porthleven or Helston for a wider choice. The immediate area is renowned for having one of the best climates in England. Head towards the coast and visit traditional Cornish villages such as Mullion, the breath-taking Kynance Cove or St Michaels Mount at Marazion. Attractions within easy reach include The Minack Theatre, National Seal Sanctuary, Lands End and the Tate Gallery at St Ives, to name just a few.

Step in through the beautiful shared courtyard and head into the welcoming and light entrance to an open plan kitchen/lounge/diner. The kitchen area is well equipped with everything you’ll need including an electric hob and oven, dishwasher, fridge and microwave so create a romantic meal after a day of exploring. Sit at the dining table for brunch whilst you plan your day ahead. The lounge area has a very comfy sofa so cosy up in front of the wood burner and watch your favourite programme on the Smart TV. The modern and stylish bathroom has a shower over the bath and WC, the ideal place to unwind after a long day exploring the various walks nearby. Upstairs, the vaulted ceilings with balcony are absolutely stunning. There’s a super-king-size zip-and-link bedroom (which can be made up as a twin on request) with plenty of room to laze in your surroundings.

From the living space, doors open up onto the garden with lawn and patio, perfect for dining al fresco on a summers evening, complete with charcoal BBQ. The garden is perfect for relaxing in and is fully enclosed so ideal for dogs. In the communal courtyard, there are several borders with shrubs and you will find fresh herbs in the planter. A dedicated parking space is directly next to the courtyard.
