“Beautiful property ”

“Everything was good. Very spacious, clean and modern. This is an apartment of a larger home with a locked door separating the unit which was a little creepy but there was generally little or no sound coming through. The views from the large windows were stunning. It was a very windy and chilly day so we had kept in doors and skipped exploring the ocean area. The heat pump worked well to keep it comfortable. Nice well equipped kitchen.”

“Owner really rude and aggressive, knocking on the door at 10.00 asking us to leave. Not 10.10 or 10.01. It seem he was waiting at the door looking at his watch. After I said ok, and even when he could see that my baby was half dressed, he knocked again 30 seconds later. In two months in New Zealand staying at different places I have never experienced such horrible behavior. ”

“Good Location. But you have to walk some stairs to get to the room.”

“Room and kitchen were clean and room accomdated 4 people comfortably. Parking was tight but adequate. Joy contacted us around 6:00 pm to find out our ETA and arranged a late arrival by leaving the key in a lockbox which was very helpful. Would recommend this property. ”

“The house was lovely, clean and spacious. Our host left us a bottle of wine to enjoy, which we appreciated. The view was breathtaking as we were at the top of the road. Kitchen was fully equipped with lots of place to work in.”

“The room was spacious, with good light coming in. The bathroom was also generously big and very clean. It had an electric hot plate/stove and came with cups, plates, silverware, and microwave. Parking is on the property. The property itself is close to the beach and main attractions of the town. It is a great value place. ”

“We found a couple little bugs but other than that everything was fine, the bed was not as comfy but it was pretty good for one night ”
