“This property is the worst place I have ever stayed in, I stay in a lot off air brb as I work away from home a lot. Nothing comes close to this place, absolute dump, mold all over the upstairs, rubbish still on the floor looks like the cleaner gave up years ago. We arrived at the property after waiting 3 hours to be told someone was in there who shouldn’t have been. Key code was wrong took an hour to get that. No towels no toilet roll absolute disgusting also had a smell to the house. I would……

“This was our second stay here and we there will be many more. Idyllic location surrounded by wild flower meadows. We even watched deer out of the kitchen window. Superb location for walking and generally relaxing. ”

“From the moment we arrived until the second we left, we were in awe of just how beautiful Winnall Springs is. A place to breathe and experience such peace and tranquiity. The facilities within were outstanding. We had a great time exploring where all the doors led us to. My kids (2 teen boys and 9yr old daughter) loved the playroom, getting in was like being in Alice in Wonderland! Sitting in the hot tub in the evenings was delightful. We watched the wildlife and enjoyed the super warm weather.……

“Fantastic accomodation , each room spacious with everything we wished for. Wonderful outside space. Two pubs within walking distance. Abi very friendly and also helpful and very responsive when we had a couple of minor queries . We stayed two nights and wished we had booked for longer. We look forward to returning ”

“The Snug is in a good location to visit the Forest of Dean area and Wales. The hosts are very friendly and helpful and live on site. They have thoughtfully provided everything you need for a short break. It is well presented and although overlooking a main road is quiet and has parking at the rear. ”
