"I don't normally write reviews, but this place was so good, I just wanted to say so. The room was spacious and very good. The staff were friendly and helpful We ate in the pub, a typical pub menu, but the food was fresh, home-cooked and excellent. Really good value for money. If you want to be in this area, then this is the place to stay."

"A lovely hotel in an idylic location. Car park is £8 for 24 hrs paid through the hotel, breakfast was good and plentiful and the room was large and quiet. There are evening meals served here and also a pub next door with meals and riverside seating. 1 min walk to the ferry that can take you across the river to another pub that serves food all day. Had a great night stay here and I will be back."
