Small, enclosed rear garden with patio, courtyard and garden furniture. Private parking for 1 car; additional on road parking. No smoking.. This lovely one-bedroom house is located just 50 yards from the beach and 3 minutes to the town centre and seafront. This cottage offers plenty of room for two people for that perfect seaside break.



Herne Bay has plenty to offer from the beaches, arcades, pubs and bars, restaurants and cafés, as well as being close to Whitstable, Canterbury, Margate, Ramsgate, Broadstairs and many other towns and villages with walks and places to visit.



Take a short drive to Canterbury and experience the historic hustle and bustle of the beautiful city, sample oysters in Whitstable, or take a day trip to France from Dover, with its regular ferry crossings. With so many local attractions within walking distance or a short journey in the car, this property is a must stay for that beach break.
