Hersonissos Chalets

The property was a “green” property and everything in the room supported that goal.

This is an extraordinary boutique hotel. Our room was luxurious with a very large balcony with large table and hot tub. Very nice view as well. Staff was welcoming, informative, and answered all questions well. Breakfast was delicious and substantial. Although a little bit out of the historic downtown area of Iraklion, that district was a very walkable distance away. We enjoyed being in the less touristy part of the city and enjoying the local restaurants and shops frequented by residents....

Location was perfect, close to city center and historical sites. City is busy and little crazy to drive in but is fun if you are up for the adventure. Convenient location to walkable areas in the city

Highly recommended hotel with an amazing friendly staff from reception to room service. Our chamber maid Voula was exceptionally attentive and most accommodating. We enjoyed our stay to the maximum in a relaxing happy atmosphere. The entertainment in the evening was also exceptional with the 3 young tenors whom I fail to remember their names but they were majestic. The staff was so incredibly welcoming and helpful during our entire stay. We had an early flight prior to the breakfast hours the following morning, however the staff kindly offered to provide a boxed meal for us to take to the airport. It included a apple, banana, a few different pastries, along with bottles of water and juice. The room was amazing! Perfect place to stay in Agios! Right on the water walkable to the lake and tons of restaurants but a little more on the outskirts of the chaos. The staff are what make this place- they are truly all amazing and go above and beyond. We had a spa suite with a hot tub and just a regular ocean view room- nice room but I think you actually get a better view in the regular rooms.
