“Checked into our room late at night after a long day's drive, and got our children settled and into bed. We were getting ready to climb into bed and found a bedbug on the pillow of our bed! We immediately took our children out of the bed and called down to the front desk and the staff did not believe us at first and they sent a staff to come look at it. The staff member came into the room and flipped the pillow and found the bedbug. The front desk said she was going to upgrade us free of charge……
