Very comfortable bed and well presented room. The Inn itself was quiet and so lacked a little atmosphere but then it was mid-week. The food was excellent, I especially liked the salmon and the mushroom risotto was splendid. We would have eaten there again on the second night but the vegetarian options were limited. I'm sure the chef would have come up with something suitable but we wanted to explore other eating options locally anyway. The owner and staff were so pleasant and couldn't do enough for you. The room was spotlessly clean, very comfortable and had everything you required for your stay. The food was superb. Beautiful room, very comfy king size bed and very friendly staff. Stayed in Room 1 and the only 3 negatives were that the bathroom floor was freezing cold, shower gel was empty in the shower and no dressing table (not sure where one could be fitted in though but they had placed a small mirror on the windowsill so guess that was a makeshift dressing table). Food was top quality both for evening meal and breakfast. Next to quite a busy road but we did have any road noise and had a great nights sleep.
