The lake house was very clean comfortable and accommodating had everything we needed including extras not listed like a/c in master bedroom. “Though our booking was Aug. 18-20, the dates had somehow gotten confused/changed. Jodie however kindly compensated with little inconvenience. A very lovely stay. This cottage felt like home and each room was tastefully decorated. Bed and bedding were very comfortable. One thing we did not anticipate was the rocky beach. Water shoes are recommended to traverse to the beautiful waters of Lake Champlain where rocks are also prevalent. Jodie was an excellent host and we would choose this rental……

“This house truly lived up to its name, with gorgeous sunsets every evening. We loved the lake access, game room, and the giant lawn for hanging out and playing lawn games. The water entry is rocky (recommend water shoes for sure) but the water was warm and we spent tons of time in the lake. It is worth noting that the staircase to three of the bedrooms is a narrow spiral staircase, but there are two more accessible bedrooms and bathrooms on the ground floor.
