“We had a relaxing stay on the lake at this adorable cottage in swanton. The property was very clean and nicely decorated. It had everything you might need—paper products, coffee maker and keurig pods, cookware, grill, 2 kayaks, 2 adult paddle boards, life jackets, floats, etc. We did day trips to Montreal and Burlington and some hikes in the area. “I would classify this property as a hunting/fishing lodge. Old, dusty smell when entering. Windows were dirty & some were nonfunctional. The shower is very small & slippery, no grab bars for safety. On a positive, the beds were comfortable & clean. Ceiling fans were a blessing. The scenic view was blocked with bushes, which I think are supposed to be a buffer from the well used road traffic sounds. We were attending a family reunion in the area & that was a wonderful time.
