Highland Heights Vacations from $166

I have stayed here many times. This was the first time the bathroom was not cleaned, there was shaven hair in the sink and it was dirty. There was only one towel, no washcloth, or bath mat. I told Michelle and she came and cleaned the bathroom, brought everything that was missing. Everything was ok. Wished they would do better for breakfast.

The host was unfriendly and targeting. After receiving paid confirmation, the host called and inquired on the reason for stay and adamantly referred to the community as “protected” with closely monitored noise ordinances. Mind you, the apartment is directly across for the stadium. The area is riddled with the homeless population. Another conversation centered around “no parties” allowed and strict guest limits. At no time did we discuss or suggest we were having a get together and our reservation was a party of 2 with a 6 party posted limit. We had to contact customer service because the host encouraged us to cancel via the app due not being a “good fit” for this protected community. I would be mindful of hosts who charge outrageous security deposits for short stays. I would not recommend this property. There are other great places nearby and more friendly who offer more amenities.

The building was under construction. There were hairs in the bathroom. The shower was puddling. We didn’t get the breakfast even though it was included

Room was ok. No microwave available anywhere in hotel. Shower was not draining well. Ankle deep water. Told desk who seemed unconcerned. Problem never fixed. Otherwise ok. Casino was nice. Food at bar/grille was good.

This new hotel in Cincinnati is exceptional. The building, furnishings, and staff are all first-rate. Highly recommend.
