The desk staff were very rude when we checked in, a lady named Kay Hill, ignored us (and several other patrons) for several minutes while having a personal phone conversation. Our hotel room had no shower curtain and the sink was damaged, but the room was clean and bright. The hotel’s location is wonderful and well worth some minor inconveniences.
