This villa is located within the gates of the semi-private Seapines gated community. The gates have 24/7 security and access is controlled to owners, renters, and paid guests.
During June, July, and August we discourage Saturday to Saturday Rentals due to the labor shortage (cleaning staff) on the island. If you are looking for a 7-day rental during summer months we encourage you to try Sunday to Sunday 7-day rentals. It is much easier to get on/off the island in the summer if you arrive and depart on a Sunday! We are also renting for shorter stays this summer!
The RBC Heritage PGA golf tournament takes place on Harbour Town Golf Links in April each year. Expect extra activity, fun events, and grandstands surrounding the 18th green. The view will be partially obstructed during April, yet still wonderful!
Sea Pines is a gated community. You will be required to purchase a gate pass. One week passes are available as you enter the gate for $22 summer, $20 Sept - March.
The gated Sea Pines community does not allow the following: Motorcycles, mopeds, motorized or e-bicycles, segways, motor-homes, large vans (10+ passenger vans), commercial vehicles, trailers of any kind, personal watercraft or similar. Only cars and light duty SUV's and similar vehicles are allowed within the Sea Pines community. Your vehicle cannot have any advertising or similar signage displayed on the exterior.
