Upon entering this spacious Palmetto Dunes villa you will be greeted by the tile floor foyer which leads to the updated galley style kitchen featuring granite countertops and stainless steel appliances. The kitchen opens into a Carolina room with sliding door access to the deck. Past the kitchen, you will enter the spacious living room with a wrap-around couch, leather chair, decorative fireplace, and 50” Roku guest mode streaming capable tv. Off the living is the formal dining area with seating for 6 along with additional seating at the bar looking into the kitchen. You won't have to go far to refill drinks with the granite countertop wet bar nearby. The large and private, wrap-around deck features landscape views, a table for outdoor dining with seating for six, and a high top table with seating for 4\. Fazio 34 accommodates 11 guests in 4 bedrooms. There is one master bedroom on the main level with a king size bed, flat screen TV, and plenty of closet space. This bedroom has access to the hall bathroom. Also on the main floor is a full-size washer and dryer. The other 3 bedrooms are located on the 2nd floor. The second master features a king size bed, 42" flat screen TV, and private bath with a walk-in shower. The third bedroom includes 2 double beds, a flat screen TV, and a private balcony. This bedroom shares a bathroom with the 4th bedroom that includes a double and twin bed and flat screen TV. Fazio Villas have a beautiful on-site pool and are only a short walk to the beach or the tennis courts and Palmetto Dunes golf courses. All beach distances are measured from the center of the complex. Palmetto Dunes is an oceanfront resort on Hilton Head Island that stretches from the 3 miles of white sandy beach, through 11 miles of lagoons, 3 golf courses, and 25 tennis courts, to the bikeway under the William Hilton Parkway that provides access to the Shelter Cove Marina and Towne Centre. Located mid-island on 2,000 acres of lush island landscapes, Palmetto Dunes boasts one of the East Coast's premiere beaches, championship golf and tennis, and miles of bike and walking trails in a tranquil setting. Discover a plethora of world-class shops and restaurants at Shelter Cove, colorful yachts anchored in the marina and a beachfront bar and restaurant at Dunes House, all easily accessed by the free Dunes Buggy shuttle service in the summer season. . This was a great property. It was perfect for our family of 4 and both sets of grandparents, and was exactly like the listing. The living room and dining room did feel bigger than the listing and were both plenty large enough for the 8 of us to gather. We loved the outdoor seating. Having the extra outdoor space from being an end unit was awesome. You could sit out in the sun or come under the covered area. The check in and check out process was also incredible. We didn't have to do a thing except show up to check in. This was awesome after a long day of travel. It was our first time all being together since before the pandemic and we spent a lot of time searching for the perfect place to stay. The layout of the home was great. I loved that there was enough dining seating for everyone inside and outside. We had 8 adults and 2 infants. Each family had their own room and the home was safe for two 2 year olds. The management company was very responsive to our needs. We were located in a great spot near everything. The Dunes Buggy was very convenient as well. The rooms are well furnished, the beds are comfortable, the kitchen is well stocked. With two furnished decks (seating for 10), a dining room table for 6 and two small bars with seating, this place is equipped for entertaining. The private, shaded deck area was cool and breezy in the evening. Palmetto Dunes is a lovely, woodsy, low key community, offering as much relaxation and adventure as you please.
