"Great small hotel, staff gave great directions to get to their parking lot. The rooms were quaint with an very upscale appearance and feeling. Restaurant was very good and the hotel breakfast was amazing. Please note that the hotel does not have an elevator so human power is required to carry luggage up stairs. But given the rooms, location and atmosphere of the property it was well worth it."

"Very clean, great breakfast, centrally located, easy walk to the restaurants. The staff was very friendly and helpful. Since we couldn’t eat the breakfast due to our early schedule, the staff get breakfast packed for us for the next morning. Very nice."

"This was a great place to stay and visit Neuschwanstein Castle. They are next door to the train station. And a short walk to the bus that takes you up to the castle. The rooms were clean. The staff is helpful and friendly. There is a 4D movie about the area which was worth seeing. There is a great in house breakfast, a bakery across the street and a street lined with restuarants & shops close by."

"Breakfast buffet has many selections for each mornings, excellent! Underground parking is tight and challenge for some of us driving a SUVs. Luckily we got assistance from one of hotel workers volunteered helping, so nice of people there! We enjoyed visiting fairytale castle staying in a fairytale town!"

"We were in Europe for 2 weeks. This was one of my favorite hotels. Convenient location. Our room overlooked the street and we loved the ambiance. The room itself was amazing, great bed, the layout was wonderful, the shower was perfect. You can't go wrong staying here."

"I came to Fussen and stayed at the Best Western to start my business trip in Germany. The location helped to have access to the Castle for a fun activity between work. The staff was good and i really liked the consierge Jorg. I was bit flustered when I drove my rental to the property on a pouring dow rain Sunday fresh off the Autobahn. He helped me get situated and I was able to charge the lame hybrid vehicle that I rented. The other staff members were good too, with the exception for some ice cold blonde gal, The breakfast buffet was excellent and was well priced for what you got. It was a good location as well-only being a ten minute drive from the castle,"
