“酒店给我们的房间是顶层，只有一个需要踩梯子才可以够得到的小窗。全木结构的房间非常干燥，洗衣服的话居然挂一晚上全部变干。酒店自营的餐厅属于高档餐厅，即量少而贵的那种，所以我们没有去吃。 房间内没有吹风机，想去借，晚上前台也没有人工作，只能作罢。早餐比较单调，但可以请工作人员为你煎蛋，尤其是蔬菜很少。”

“Excellent breakfast. There was a shuttle bus as promised, but on busy mornings it could not take all skiers. Also, it did not run during the evenings, so you had to take the car to the town for dinner. We had two rooms and one was bigger than the other. Neither room had a desk which made it difficult to work. Nice warm spa area. The parking fee was strange as there is no way to get to the hotel other than by car, there are plenty of space and far from anything else.”

“We had an absolutely perfect stay. Even though we were there in the rain the hotel couldn’t have been better. Spotlessly clean even in stairways. Breakfast was excellent and the evening snacks while completely unexpected were top notch. The staff were all incredibly kind and welcoming right from arrival to checkout and in the cafe. The walk to town is along a path by the river and just a short walk and umbrellas were available even in weather is rainy. With the rain we made use of the pool……

“There is a nightclub on the 4th floor. We were on the 3rd, so we heard loud music until midnight, then we were awakened multiple other times by the sounds of equipment being moved and dropped. The staff shrugged theirs shoulders and told us the nightclub was closed on Monday, our final night, but did nothing to compensate us for no sleep.”

Wir sind nachts angekommen und wurden von einem völlig überforderten Check-in-Prozess begrüßt: Der Self-Check-in-Automat war außer Betrieb, kein Personal weit und breit – wir standen buchstäblich vor verschlossenen Türen und konnten nicht einchecken. Das Schlimmste daran: Eine Rückerstattung wurde trotzdem abgelehnt. Für eine Leistung, die schlicht nicht erbracht wurde, zahlt man also trotzdem den vollen Preis. Das ist für mich inakzeptabel. “I had a wonderful stay at Hotel Alpenblick in Austria. The room was very comfortable and well maintained, and one of the highlights was the beautiful view from the balcony, which made the stay feel especially relaxing. The hotel also offers great parking facilities, which made arriving and leaving very convenient. As I was fasting during my stay, I didn’t have the full breakfast, but the staff were incredibly thoughtful and prepared a breakfast plate for me, which I really appreciated. It was a……
