"Check-in was at the hotel property managing the apartment, at Rinn Kyoto Station. The receptionist was very kind in helping us check-in and the taxi to the property was provided free of charge helping us also move our luggae across. We enjoyed the close location to Tokufuji Station, giving us access to most of Kyoto as it leads back to Kyoto Station and branches out from there. The place is clean, spacious enough, with working heaters and comfortable lounging. "

"The property is spotless, comfortable, modern, the bed is comfortable and l loved the onsen. My only area that needs improvement is the customet service. The reception staff dont acknowledge your presence, they dont ask you if you need help, they assume guests know where things are, or how to use the hot water, cofffee etc. They are not helpful, not kind, l stayed for 4 nights and not one smile or hello from a staff member. The reception area/ lounge feels cold and unwelcoming and like we are not welcome, l was literally tip toeing around. Horrible feeling. "
