(43 reviews) The staff were absolutely wonderful, especially Maria Jose and Elvis at reception. The rooms were clean except for the sofa in one of our rooms which was quite dirty and just covered with a blanket. It looked like it could have been mould but it didn't smell. Aside from that, the food at the restaurant is lovely, lots of choices. The servers are great, all of them, and the chef came out to chat to us after we had our meal. Overall just a really nice, friendly environment. Beautiful gardens. Loads of space for kids to run around. If you're looking for a nice quiet spot I would highly recommend. (16 reviews) I arrived at the property early and was shown a Café where I could wait, which was only a short walk away. The staff were quite accommodating at first, but when they showed me my room, I was shocked to see that a large double bed completely covered the living area. I asked the staff person showing me the room if she could do something about it but she remained non-committal. I thin examined the bed to find that it was two single beds put together so I went and asked the staff if they could remove one of these, once again they we non-committal even though on a notice they put under my door it said, ‘Our staff will be happy to help you with whatever you need to make your experience even more comfortable.’ The next day I took action myself and put the second mattress on its side against the wall, together with the metal frame. I then had room to live in.
