"Room was super clean and designed well. Bathroom was spacious and clean. Warm water came quick. There was a water machine at the public space for free to use. The hotel is at a walkable distance from the old city centre. 25 min walk from Plaza de Espana. Sevilla is safe even at night, we had enjoyable walks."

"Hotel is generally clean and tidy. There is only 1 reception desk which means it could take a while to check in if it is peak hours or if there’s an overly inquisitive guest who keeps asking questions nonstop with the staff at the expense of someone behind in the queue. The hotel should consider opening an extra desk"
