The staff were incredibly friendly and helpful. The entire hotel was clean. The rooms were large and modern. The pool and hot tub were clean and enjoyable. The workout room was pretty good. Ski shuttle was so helpful. And the free breakfast was perfect. We were so pleased!!!

Great place and spot. Had 2-queen beds with living space that was great for our family of 5.

I love the Elk Country Inn. It’s always my go-to place to stay when I spend a weekend in the park. This time, I was here for Grizzly 399’s memorial and wasn’t going to drive home that late.

Very pleased with virtually everything, but the checkout beat it all. Due to a long drive the day of departure we packed the van late the night before preparing for an early departure the next morning. I mentioned to the employee working the front desk that we were departing at 4 AM. He said breakfast didn't start that early (nor would I expect it to) but he would make sure there was fresh coffee and a to go bag for the 4 of us. And he did! Very beautiful property. Gorgeous grounds and the rooms are cozy. Smaller “suites” than most hotels and definitely lots to work on to give guests a five star resort experience. Our stay felt extremely understaffed. Lots of miscommunication. And we were often looking around for staff that were nowhere to be found. Empty “lobby”, no one in valet, The layout of the main building is extremely badly designed. The “spa” is a couple of rooms in a hallway. There is no conviene store or five star...

This is an intimate inn with lots of service and friendly staff. The housekeeping "play with 2 bears which are artistically positioned after they play, It was fun to return the fun by our own version of the room bears. What a unique interplay. Nothing was too great to request even when dealing with a sick child. Will definitely return to this inn. Many thanks.

We were so pleasantly surprised when we walked into the room. It was toasty (it was only 11 degrees outside), the room was clean, it was very quiet, and there were even elk walking between the cabins. The immediate area had everything to eat from fast food to fancier dining. The skiing, tubing, snowmobiling, and an elk reserve were very close by. The check-in and out process went very smoothly. Great hotel for the price! Clean and new room. Friendly staff and clientele. A little noise but that is to be expected given we were on the ground floor.

Very quiet, 2 entrances to room. One from outside, one from hallway. Very quiet and comfy beds. Parking is very tight and small. Great breakfast and very nice common areas. Not very accommodating to dogs, no trash cans, poop bags or areas for them to do their business.

Hotel Jackson will exceed all expectations you have for this type of hotel. All personnel, regardless of assignment, are commited to excellence and helping in any way possible. I was amazed at the level of professionalism everyone had. We would be back in a second. Great job.

We had a great weekend stay at this hotel which we knew nothing about the town. We were unsure of the location which is not near the main town square. The hotel staff was very friendly and helpful. They provided recommendations of places to go and enjoy while we were there. The rooms were recently renovated and the free breakfast was very good and there were alot of options. The bar was smaller than expected but something that was ok with us. We would definitely stay here again!

We last minute had to find a new place to stay and stumbled upon the Jackson Hole Hideout and we were not disappointed!! The owner of the property answered any questions I had leading up to our stay and Amy and Eddie went above and beyond during our stay. It’s very clean, a chic mountain vibe, close to downtown Jackson hole and overall was such a pleasure staying here!
