“I needed a place to lay my head. Mainstream inn was clean and comfortable. As a solo female, I felt safe there. I’m not one to need very many amenities. I typically don’t go to the breakfasts. There is none here, so it’s not a big deal for me. If you’re looking for fancy amenities, move on. ”

“If you are into throwbacks with some upgraded amenities then this place is for you. It sits in a beautiful little town and you can imagine how it was at the turn of the century. We can’t say enough about this place from the price to the bed. Best mattress we have ever stayed on. We will be returning at some point and look forward to it until we do. Highly recommend.”

My sister's wedding was the reason for our coming into town and this place made a beautiful backdrop for pre-wedding photos as well. The property was gorgeous and even though there was a party in the pavillion, I still enjoyed the pool, the bar, the grounds, and my room was a quiet serenity. I will definitely be back for a longer stay. Get a view room for the best experience!”
