“Great apartment just 5 mins walk to the pier with all of its attractions. Apartment had everything we needed and was clean and comfortable. If I was going to Clacton again I would have no hesitation in staying here. ”

“My Friends and I stayed at Cosgrove Cottage over the weekend just gone, and it was nothing short of magical. The setting is simply beautiful, right on the edge of the Forest. The marketing photos do not do it justice, you have to see it to believe it. The presentation of the actually property was immaculate and the Owners were very possibly the nicest people I have ever met. Warm, welcoming and extremely accommodating. Nothing was too much trouble. The Tour of the Grounds was informative but……

“We went for the Clacton air show and was the last weekend before my daughter goes travelling. Had a great time The caravan was clean and tidy fresh bedding and the beds was made up. There was games consoles with games to play,leaflets for local attractions and takeaway menus in case you didn’t like the food at the boathouse All in all it was a great weekend and would stay again”
