Sea Star Village is an oceanfront community with an outdoor swimming pool and direct beach access right on the grounds. It's also just a short walk or drive from shops and eateries, so you'll never run out of things to do. Don't forget to check out all the amazing attractions the area has to offer, including fishing charters, pier fishing, surfing, windsurfing, hiking, and local boutiques and breweries.

Upon entry, you'll be met with a bright interior and a beachy vibe throughout the well-appointed living area. Relax and make yourself at home by resting on the plush furniture, streaming a favorite movie on the large TV, or serving brunch on the magnificent balcony where you can feel the sea breeze. In fact, there are multiple balconies to choose from, including the sundeck on the top floor that offers a view of the Atlantic Ocean.

Prepare grand meals and picnic snacks in the sophisticated kitchen, equipped with stainless steel appliances, a floating island breakfast bar, and a formal dining table. End of Summer Beach Trip

We loved the location and the layout. Worked perfect for our family and kids! Pool was nice but closes at 7. When we first arrived we were short a towel and the indoor trash was full. Half way through our stay, the door code was changed without letting us know. We assume someone was also in our unit during our stay to change the code and a light to an interior locked door was turned on. I called Vacasa and was given a new code and they couldn’t explain why it was changed and why we weren’t alerted. We loved the property but would be hesitant to stay again due to these issues.

Great stay

We had a wonderful stay here! The house was clean and very nice, the were comfortabe s and House is Very close to the beach. Just remember your own spices including salt and pepper and bring tin foil, plastic wrap, bags, what ever you use. Also bring a throw blanket the middle floor got cold. But we would definitely stay here again!

Wonderful location

Super close to the pool out the front of the house and super close to the beach access out the back of the house. Very nice location for our family with 4 children with lots of space. However, I think it’s worth noting there are 2 flights of stairs in the house. The first flight being 20plus stairs.

Our family enjoyed staying here. There were some minor issues we found to be unsatisfactory. The water didn't get very warm, and the jacuzzi tub didn't work. We also noticed an odor in the rooms that had carpet. Overall, we did enjoy our stay and would recommend it to others.

Birthday vacation at surfcity

We wanted to find a quite place to celebrate my daughters birthday with her furry friends. This place was perfect, minute walk to the beach, close to several good eating places. Condo was spacious, locking/unlocking takes some time and it's bit sensitive. We had gone through Vacasa, they had basic soap, shampoo, toilet paper and paper towel. They also provided towels (limited to number of people). Other than that it didn't have anything like other VRBO rentals we have had. So be prepared to do some grocery shopping.

We had issues with our stay making it pretty stressful at times. Checking was 3 hours late with little advance notice, WiFi issues, toilet flushing issues, breaker tripped by cleaners, and wrong pool code given. Vacasa was property manager and they were not very helpful unless speaking to a supervisor.

Nice But

I will try to be brief: the location is great and the overall unit is very nice. Lacking are basic items like bedding for two of the beds, food left inside the sofa bed, no electric grill on the patio, the toilet in the upstairs bathroom is not working properly and you have to attach the chain with all flushes, the management company was contact many many times and made services tickets, but only a grill was delivered. The upstairs bed is less comfortable than sleeping on the floor, and the sofa/bed should be put out to pasture. The AC is Awesome and the outside shower is a nice with the hot water. Of course the location is perfect. Candidly, the owner can make this a FIVE Star with very little effort. Thank John

The location was amazing with only steps to the beach. We loved that this place was dog friendly as well. There is alot of things that need to be acknowledged about this place. We had to wash our bedding upon arriving due to pee stains on the comforter, the master bedroom would lose power and we had to find the breaker box to flip the breaker back on, and absolutely NO Wifi during the entire stay. We was also given the wrong pool code. We stayed on the phone with customer service the entire stay and nothing was ever fixed. Definitely not an experience you want when you are on vacation. We highly recommend doing your research on this place. We will not be staying here again.

Great Property and Location

Loved the condo and its location. Close to the beach and to local restaurants. The check in process was easy and the property was clean for the most part only a few minors things. But the down stairs AC did not work until Wednesday afternoon( we checked in Sunday), the dishwasher did not work until Wednesday and the refrigerators evaporator core needed to be replaced and the repair man said it would be a week to get parts. The refrigerator and the AC were the biggest problems. I feel that I should be monetarily compensated(refunded) for theses issues. It would be one thing if the dishwasher did not work but when you pay the price I paid for a week long stay you expect to have a refrigerator and AC.

We liked the proximity to the beach (3 minute walk). Kitchen was well stocked. Three flights of pretty steep stairs got tiresome. Overall we would recommend, but not for elderly people.

Loved our stay

We really enjoyed how close we were to the beach. This was a great getaway from the marine base for our three marines. Plenty of room that they are not used to. Nothing negative to say about our experience. Definitely will use Vacasa again.
