It was great to have an in-unit washer & dryer. The location was very convenient for our vacation. The kitchen dishes and utensils had several items missing such as some of the forks, small plates, etc. When we arrived both the hair dryer & iron were not in the room. The staff quickly provided one as well as additional supplies during the week which we appreciated. Overall the unit really fit our needs.

First and foremost the staff was very accommodating! Stephanie was very nice, as far as the hotel itself I do not recommend especially if you have young children. We found dog food, crumbs all over the floors. The ceiling carried alot of dust, which did not mix with the humidity of the hotel. The smell was unbearable, not a pleasant smell. The hotel has potential but needs a clean refresh start, the beds need updating as well, after showering with low water pressure to lay in a hard bed is disappointing. Hotel just needs a mass cleaning. We checked out day one and went elsewhere.

I booked a room with a balcony & was put in one without a balcony. I called the office & informed them. She said she’d speak to the manager about the price difference & get back with me. Never did. Things weren’t clean. The bed & pillows were awful. Wouldn’t recommend staying here.

What a great find! Unbelievably affordable, especially for a holiday weekend, and was like an apartment. Very nice fully functional kitchen and like the way the rooms separate off and have their own bathrooms and plenty of shelves for storing your belongings. Highly recommend if you’re staying in the Raleigh, RTP, or Durham area.

Had a sleepover for my daughter with the girls and the moms and there was plenty of space! Felt like home away from home in the 3 bedroom. Staff was friendly if we needed anything. Space felt safe and convenient to Walmart if we needed to run out and get anything.

Wrong room and they charged me for room w/balcony. No streaming service available on TVs. The elevator was filthy and smelled like dead fish as did the hallway. The couch was disgusting - giant stains and smelled awful. Smelly garbage bags in the hallway for days and garbage in the elevator. People living there are dirty and were yelling and rude. The surrounding property smelled like dog pee and poop. It's a 20 minute driving to anything except a Walmart. I also saw several prostitutes soliciting guests. This is the worst place I have ever stayed at.
