Enjoy the sound of waves crashing and beautiful views of the sea from your private balcony. Relax at the zero entry pool and utilize private beach access for a day of fun in the sun. Condo is updated with stainless steel appliances and includes in-unit laundry!

Master bedroom has king bed and is attached to half bath, ensuring privacy as needed. Built in bunk beds are perfect for kids or singles, and are directly adjacent to full bath. murphy bed (queen) is located in living room and a spacious couch is in living room as well.
Linens and beach towels included, as well as beach gear and life jackets/floaties for kids. Space is toddler friendly, equipped with clip on high chair, pack n play and toys.

Perfect spot for a beach getaway
Condo was exactly what we needed for a long weekend getaway to the beach - clean, well stocked, great location. Host was great to communicate with and quick to respond - would definitely stay here again!

Perfect getaway
Caroline's place was absolutely perfect! The condo was well cared for, fully furnished with everything you could need for a family vacation. She even had beach chairs, umbrella and a boogie board. The property was quiet with a mix of vacationers and property owners Caroline was so helpful and responsive. She messaged back every time within minutes! She had everything there for our stay that we could possibly need. We will definitely be back to stay longer.

This is our first time getting our own condo and we loved it, super nice and super easy walk to the beach! Only recommendation would be to get a pad lock because us sharing one key had me a nervous wreck we were gonna lose it. Thank you!

First time staying here and loved the property. Family of 4 (two kids under 6) had plenty of room. Not a far walk to and from the beach or pool. Caroline was quick to respond when needed and check in/check out was a breeze. The condo is also stocked with plenty of stuff. Loved the enclosed storage unit with a lock. Great place to store beach stuff for the week. Parking was plenty and beach wasn’t too crowded. Pool closed early two different days because the pump overheated. Otherwise, great all around. Would stay here again!

Perfect vacation!
The condo was very clean with lots of updates to make it feel homey. It was nice that there was plenty of everyday supplies that you might need during your stay. We did communicate with Caroline during our stay and she was very helpful and responsive. We would definitely choose to stay here again.

We fell in love with Topsail Island!
Thanks to our amazing stay, our family has become huge fans of Topsail Island.... we were sad to leave and wish we could've stayed longer! We spent our first family vacation with an infant under 1 and a large dog in this cute condo and had everything we needed for a comfortable trip. The location was central to the island, the pool was amazing, and waking up every morning to enjoy my cup of coffee with the sound, breeze, and sight of the ocean was just a dream. We will definitely be back to this island and hope to stay in Caroline's place again!

My kids and I were visiting my son who is stationed at Camp Lejeune. We could not have a asked for a better place to stay! The condo was beautiful...it had everything we needed for a fun beach weekend...and the location was fantastic. We loved Surf City! Best condo stay on the island.
We have stayed at Surf Condos a few times in our 40+ years of visiting Topsail Island and this must be the most charming, roomy, best decorated Surf Condo unit. Caroline made sure to make us feel welcome and the basket of toiletries in case we forgot something was a nice touch. Wonderful view of the pool, green lawn and ocean as well. We had a fabulous, relaxing stay!

Beautifully updated, clean and comfortable condo
The condo is just as pictured. It was a very enjoyable stay! The entire rental process was so easy, from booking to check- in and out. Caroline sent detailed instructions which made it easy to get into the gate, unit, pool, etc. The condo is beautiful, it was spotless and very well equipped. The beds are comfortable, nice linens and furnishings. She went above and beyond with making us feel at home…to include a basket with sunscreen, toothbrushes, shampoo etc. If you forgot it or ran out, it was there for you to use. I love that she also provides beach equipment and beach toys in a very clean and well organized storage closet downstairs. The complex is very well-maintained with a nice, large pool. The views of the ocean from the porch are amazing. The porch also has nice, new furniture for relaxing or eating meals. While I didn’t have a small child with me, I love that she offers a pack and play and toys for younger children. The bedroom has blinds as well as blackout curtains. The living room also has black out curtains so if you choose to sleep in and not go out and watch the sunrise, you are able to. We will definitely book again and recommend you do as well!

Beautiful condo within walking distance of the beach
My wife, myself, and our 3.5 year old son stayed here for a somewhat last minute beach trip and had a blast! Condo was very well-kept and stocked well with all the amenities you could need including even toys for our toddler son. All the instructions for very clear. We did not need to communicate with the host because of everything being well laid out but they seemed very approachable if needed. This is a second story unit with one above and below and the unit above was fairly loud quite early in the morning, though of course I would not fault the hosts for this.

It was a last minute decision to go on a mini vacay with our 2 6yr old girls. The pictures are no where near how spectacular it really is! It was very clean and comfortable like home which was great for our girls. The beach was so easy to get to, and they even had stuff for us to use at the beach which was awesome. Anytime I had a question they quickly responded. Parking was a breeze. Definitely would recommend and would go back.
