We have stayed at this property several times and the Hotel was always clean and the people we always friendly and available to help you.

The entry door latch on our door did not work / close properly. There was blood on pillowcases and pillows. The bedspread had green stains all over it. The bedding had dirt and red markings on it. The carpet was wet and sticky. It left some kind of residue on our feet that stuck to our shoes. The shampoo and conditioner bottles were attached to the shower wall. Once in the shower and wet, it was discovered that the bottles were empty.

The room was NOT clean. There was dog food there and I did not have a dog or any pet with me. I also had to clean the bathtub AND the jacuzzi. You could see dirt and foot prints in both! The bed linens were not changed from the previous guest. There were - how shall I put it, “short and curlies” - IN the bed still! Body fluids showing with my black light on the sheets too! The desk clerks were so nice. The owner on the other hand was RUDE AND MEAN! By mean I mean he spoke to the front desk lady so bad and even hung up on her! So disrespectful! I will NEVER stay there again and encouraged the front desk lady to not accept that treatment!
