Spacious Beautiful home w/ Mountain Bay Views

Custom built 2nd story home in the heart of Homer. Decorated for style, designed for comfort with scenic bay and mountain views, and gorgeous soaking tub. Coffee, wine, and snacks all complimentary to you upon arrival so relax and enjoy the amazing view. Relax in the soaking tub, watch a movie in the luxurious king sized bed, or sip coffee at the table with that world class view. The house is located close to amazing restaurants, the famous Homer Spit and many other activities.

This one bedroom one and a half bath upstairs home has a large open kitchen/dining/living space. Plenty of space to visit, cook, and create memories with loved ones. Master bedroom has a king size bed and en suite bath with luxurious soaking tub. The living area couch transitions into a sofa bed for those extra guests.
This upstairs unit has a spacious private deck overlooking the Kachemak Mountain Range. There is a small set of stairs leading up to your private entrance from your separate parking area. Downstairs is a second apartment that has lovely long-term residents. Although children are welcome to stay with you, this home is not child-proofed.

Guests have private access to the entire home and private deck. The downstairs apartment of the building has longterm very kind tenants.

New neighborhood with views of the bay and mountains.

Home is 5 minutes away from town and restaurants.

This home is not baby or toddler-proofed and therefore is not classified as safe or suitable for infants or children. There is also low lying steps on the way to the unit that does not have railing. There is a small but wide staircase leading up to the home and deck.
Please treat the home with respect as if it were your own. We may need to charge additional cleaning fees for excessive cleaning.
If outside grill is used but not cleaned, our cleaners charge an extra $50 for grill cleaning. We will send the charge to the guest when necessary.

Beautiful Property

We had a great stay here. Everything is a brand new and very comfortable. We would definitely stay here again if we return to Homer. Had everything we needed and more. View was very pretty too!

Weekend in Homer

This is a beautiful place to spend a few days. We booked 3 and added a 4th night. We enjoyed the location, comfortable bed and modern, well appointed accommodations. The soaking tub was the perfect answer after a day of hiking! Easy drive down to town and the spit. Host was great with communication

My wife and I enjoyed 4 nights in Homer at this great vrbo. This house is minutes away from the Spit, restaurants, and stores. Maranatha's attention to detail and amenities provided far exceeded our expectations. The king size bed and linens are the most comfortable we have ever slept in. The deck and large windows provide an excellent opportunity for viewing the ocean and mountains. We look forward to our next trip to Homer at this vrbo.

The best!

Our host was so accommodating as we dealt with travel issues related to the global IT outage. She also went out of her way to enable my wife's desire to see a peony farm. The view was amazing, the apartment was beautiful and the perfect place to rest. Easily our favorite stop of our trip and the best customer service experience! Thanks so much!

Our stay here was amazing, it had everything we needed during our stay. Coming home here at the end of the day was so relaxing, enjoying a glass of wine on the deck and taking in the views and we even saw some sandhill cranes in the neighborhood. The large soaking tub was a plus and there were even bath bombs provided. Not only was the kitchen fully stopped but snacks, a bottle of wine and all the morning coffee/tea supplies as well. Would definitely stay here again.

What a wonderful place to enjoy Homer from. The clean spacious apartment had a beautiful view. It was a well equipped kitchen. The generous welcome basket was a nice touch. We would stay here again.

We really loved the house and the area; we have been coming to Alska since the 1980s. Homer is a great sized town with plenty to offer for visitors. The guest host was helpful as easily reached via text or phone. I would recommend this property to anyone anytime...

Our only regret about our stay at this VRBO in Homer is that we didn’t plan a longer stay! Can’t say enough of wonderful things about this place! The location, the view, quiet neighborhood, spacious and immaculate VRBO! Would highly recommend! The Homer Spit was only 10 minutes away! Lots to offer in Homer as well as the Homer Spit!! Eagles all around and moose in Homer! Already planning a return trip in next year or two!

A comfortable stay

What a place! There are so many things that set this apart from other vrbo's we have stayed at. Let's start in the kitchen. There was a lovely welcome snack basket and coffee/tea station awaiting our arrival. High end utensils with just what you need for your stay. It's super cozy and so clean with minimal decorations for my toddler to get into. The welcome snack basket and coffee/tea station sets it apart from ptherThe soaker tub was incredible. The bench at the island is so cute! It's beautifully decorated with minimal things for my toddler to get into, which I really appreciated! And the view, Incredible!! Now onto the bedroom/bathroom. The soaker tub was amazing and Landry in the closet is a huge plus! The bed and sheets were like a dream. Side note: the water gets very hot, very fast. My only negative is that we didn't stay longer. Thank you for providing such a great place for our weekend!

Perfect stay in Homer

Amazing place with beautiful views that was perfect for our two night stay in Homer. There is a tenant in the downstairs unit, but it’s completely separate and we never saw or heard anything or anyone. Everything seemed brand new and we very much appreciated the welcome gift. Communication was excellent and very helpful.

Three Nights in Homer

My husband and I recently visited Alaska for the first time and spent three days/nights enjoying all that Homer has to offer. We were more than pleasantly surprised when we opened the door to our charming and cozy apartment! Everything was brand new, tastefully decorated and very well appointed with everything we might need during our stay. (The welcome goodies were so thoughtful!) Check in was a breeze and Maranatha (manager) followed up with us the next morning to make sure everything was good and that we had everything we needed. She also was extremely responsive when we had a question about the Wifi. The location was perfect, within minutes of downtown and Maranatha had provided reccomendations for dining and activities before we even arrived. Overall we were very impressed and would highly recommend this place when visiting Homer!

Everything you could need and more!

I have stayed in properties all over the world and this is by far one of the best! The property was beautiful and was stocked with everything you could need! The bed was super comfy (albeit a little high) and the bathroom gorgeous. The view was spectacular and if you wanted to have a meal at home, cooking was a breeze. Highly recommend this property!!
