"Excellent experience! The front desk person was amazing from the start. She was super friendly and helpful. My husband and I attended a concert close by, so it was really nice to be able to walk to the venue and have our car parked in a safe lot. The front desk person was even kind enough to keep our pizza we had ordered warm when we were at the show! We stayed here back before it was renovated into a Best Western so we were a little worried of the change, but the room was a great size, the bed was so comfortable, and the kitchenette was awesome! Will definitely stay here again when we have plans in Armory Square. "

"The Inn at the Finger Lakes was very clean, comfortable and was perfect for an overnight staying in the Skaneateles Lake area. We arrived @7pm and were surprised to see no desk staff working. But the “remote check in” seemed to work fine!"

The staff is so nice and helpful. Everything is clean and comfortable. It’s off the beaten path so it’s not overly crowded or loud. Just a very comfortable place to stay. "

"Totally awesome! Giving this property and the hosts five stars simply is not enough. The tree house is immaculate and gorgeous. The hosts are extremely accommodating and go above and beyond with small details to insure their guests have a wonderful experience. We had so much fun and were able to relax and enjoy the treehouse and all it had to offer. This is one stay where you won't be disappointed. We look forward to returning in the future."

"The property was clean and welcoming =) Loved the games and DVDs for our 5 year old to play/watch before bed. Having easy access to lake was amazing - fishing, roasting s'mores - just a relaxing time with family. Took a walk around the lake and just up the road was a nice playground our daughter had a blast on. Also just up the road - the "Cortland Repertory Theatre" looked really interesting. Next time I would look to see if they have anything going on while we were there. Highly recommend - We had such a nice time."
