pro: Hotel was good, staff were very friendly and quick. Con: The rooms were average cleanliness (could have used a bit more wipe down on surfaces) and the bed and pillows were not super comfortable, I would suggest to bring a pillow. Overall stay was decent.

The pros: staff was very nice and helpful and the room was clean. The negative: my car got broken into in their parking lot the one night I was there. It sounds like this is a common occurrence in the city of Syracuse. Overall I really like the hotel but if I go to Syracuse again I’ll stay somewhere that’s not right in the city.

The room could use a little more thorough cleaning, as everything shows on a hard floor particularly behind furniture and the like. Aside from that, the staff at the desk, the bar, and the restaurant (the only ones we interacted with) were all extremely polite, pleasant, and helpful. Despite the minor complaint, I would happily stay here again.

I love the cleanliness and the room was great. I really enjoyed the bathroom! It was beautiful and the lighting was amazing. My husband did have a little problem with the reception he checked in with. She was not really welcoming. He had another encounter with a different receptionist that he felt was more welcoming and attentive! Overall the stay was great!

The hotel room was not very clean. Lots of debris of some sort left in the room. Also, the bathroom was very small - if you sat on the toilet, your legs hit the door to the bathroom. Walls very thin, could hear kids early morning running and screaming through the halls. Would not stay here again. But the front desk staff was great! Very nice and helpful.

The gym was great, and the location was ideal (walking distance to downtown, but not quite downtown). Love that the hotel is close to Strong Hearts and Tai Chi Bubble Tea. Lots of parking available.
