“Location was nice in the country. Was not well maintain, floors were cupped and one board missing, tile in bathroom was missing grout in some places. To me looked like they had a plumbing problem that might have flooded the floors. Hot water was a issue hot then cold while taking shower. Picture of the place must be old.
