“The facilities are well maintained. There are various activities for young children to play. We like the archery and water park. I am surprised that toys are provided at the beach. However, there are few things we would like to suggest for improvement: 1. Too few washrooms nearby the restaurants. “We loved the hotel and staff so much we extended our stay from 10 days to almost a month. Please see my review I left for the extended stay. What I ran out of space on that review I will mention here. The supervisor in the breakfast buffet areas, Miss Vo Nhat Linh, went above and beyond for us. “We were looking forward to staying here, but the overall stay was disappointing and frustrating. Although the facilities and location are nice, the stay was not good value for money - the room was dirty on arrival, the water was cold, the hairdryer broken, and the luggage nearly an hour late - this all made arrival surprisingly bad. There were no amenities or welcome items to the room. I shared this with management and responses to sort this out were late and could have been dealt with……
