“櫃檯員工專業而且又很親切，我們當天10:30辦理入住，員工也是親切的指引，接著還跟我們分享附近的美食。當晚入住後，另一位櫃檯人員也協助我們寄放的行李主動放入房內。隔天退房時，因為我們要趕去沙田看賽馬，也是請櫃檯人員協助叫計程車，晚上再回來拿寄送行李時，所有人員的態度都很親切都很棒！”

“Check in and out were smooth and staff was helpful and nice. There are smart and well-thought designs throughout the hotel. Room is very chic annd modern, with super comfortable bedding and bath robe. The bathroom is great except the shower drain was a bit slow that water accumulated. I love their choice of Le Labo too.”
