"This is the second time I’ve stayed at this property and it’s super tidy and clean. The only awkward situation was the parking - we had someone take our park and because we were in a larger vehicle it made it a little difficult. We were just assigned another parking spot but it was harder to park there than our original assigned parking spot. The staff were super lovely though and our room was a good size."

"Very central city Wellington location. We had a bigger room, which was welcome. Bathroom is a bit old-style and tired, but the room and bed were comfortable. Clearly issues with the lifts. There are two elevators for the hotel spread out over ~20 floors, used by customers and cleaning crew. To move around one needs to insert your room keycard, and in one lift the reader was very unreliable. Often found people travelling the floors trying to get the reader to work (this slows the system down...

My notes for improvement from an accessible needs view - while the entrance is wheelchair accessible the doors are narrow. Also, to get to the accessible room you have to go through a seperate door before you get to the room door. That's 4 nights stay, but only had our apartment vacuumed once, but on the whole, the ladies did a wonderful job replenishing the essentials in the apartment.
