Come home to 311 and feel the warmth of the tans and browns of the decor. The stone floor, the stuccoed walls and curved soffits set off the exquisite cabinetry and stone countertop of the nicely outfitted kitchen. A queen size bed and wood chest of drawers draws your attention in the center of the room. Draw back the drapes for a third floor view of the flower covered treetops across the street in Kapiʻolani Park. Step out on the private lanai for a table and chairs to take your meals along with the view of the park and the ocean.

This lovely well appointed room is above the 2nd floor bar and you may hear the music. As it is priced accordingly, you will find this ocean view room a bargain.

Beach chairs are either provided or available upon request - Beach towels are in the suite.
Suite 311 has all of the conveniences of home. The Flat screen TV, queen bed and full bathroom with tub/shower combination are ideal for relaxing after a full day exploring the beaches, Diamond Head and Queen Kapiʻolani Park.

Great stay!
Everything was exactly as advertised. Room is directly above a bar but we were not disturbed at all. Awesome view from the lanai to the water and the zoo. If you rent a car, don’t get anything large, as parking is very tight. Will come back here next time!

Perfect location!
We loved waking up every morning and watching the sunrise from the lanai, watching the birds over in the zoo park and seeing the ocean. Being on the 3rd floor made it super easy to come and go frequently by using the stairs (we averaged 15 flights/day) and it only took approximately 2 minutes to get to our favorite spot on the beach. Check in was super easy and all the staff were very friendly. Communication with the host was quick and detailed. The only surprise was that there was a night club that stayed open till 2am and we could hear the bass from the music, but this was not every night and aside from night 1 we had no problem sleeping. The 10th floor sun deck allowed for more outdoor space and view was amazing. Overall, my daughter and I had the best time ever and the room was absolutely perfect for us!! 😊

Great location
At first we were taken back at how old it looked but really enjoyed the balcony and location. The restaurant is directly below it so you could here karaoke music at night hut it was ok. It was clean and good value. One block from beach and a nice view of queen Kapiolani park, Diamonhead and peek a boo view of beach.

Everything was great!! Little noisy from below a couple nights, but with the fan on high it was almost unnoticeable. AC unit could maybe use an upgrade but it stayed cool enough for us.. Would stay again!!

We had a fantastic time at this location the view from the balcony was amazing. Just steps from the beach. As we were on a budget the reasonobal cost was a bonus. Properly manager Mark was great to deal with. There were a lot of coments about the noise from the bar below. The only time it was a small issue was new years eve. But it was just a little nosy.The room could do with a few updates but nothing major. All in all it was all it was every thing we needed.

Lovely stay & a perfect location. So close to beach & shops. Quite a compact unit & a small dark bathroom but overall comfortable & a lovely view from the deck. Loud late night music downstairs might put some off but we didn’t mind it. Air conditioning a bit tired & noisy but overall we really enjoyed our stay

Overall great stay for the money.
Excellent host at front desk Johnathon. We had everything we needed. Great location for everything. Beautiful views of beach. As advertised we were in 3rd floor above the bar so expect boom boom boom till 2am. Tenth floor was an amazing quiet area for morning coffee and laying in the sun. Communication with host was excellent!! Restaurants around were fabulous. Best part was beach was right there. So nice after a day on the beach to just walk a few feet.

The check-in process was super easy. Our room was clean and as described on the website, the hotel has a lovely restaurant and bar on the property so you don’t have to go out for dinner if you don’t want to. We wanted something different than was offered at the restaurant so we ordered Mexican food through DoorDash and it came super quick. One of the best parts about this property is that it partners with a parking company called Way. I was able to make a reservation online with the parking company so that when we arrived, we could leave our car at the hotel, and they take care of it while you are away. There is a representative from Way located in the lobby of the hotel, 24/7. The hotel shuttle also runs 24 hours and we took advantage of that to get to the airport for our trip. The nice thing is they will also pick us up when we go back and bring us back to the hotel to pick up our car. This hotel is the full package! Will definitely stay again if we fly out of Boston!

Best: Lanai views of park life, Hula's, fun to watch passerby and Zoo activity, close to Kaimaina Beach - Best in Waikiki. Worst: Gay beach gone, Hawaii people uptight & unfriendly at times. Not all appreciate luxuries or implications of staying above the bar. Hula's is definitely not Gay anymore. Double window lanai great, curtain window hems torn, coffee pot sucked, deck awesome! Clean, close to ABC and everything once precious in Waikiki. Hula's hijacked by inclusive straight couples, a sellout that's sad implicating it's no longer a Gay bar but instead a hotel bar: but forgivable. Fabulous plaster walls from 1963 great for anything. Did not miss maid service! Privacy and access are top shelf! HI has virtually no garbage cans. Be very careful walking around Waikiki, views of crosswalks reveal horrible drivers with no pedestrian acknowledgement. Waikiki is now dead by Midnight. Area definitely very expensive. Toilet initially broken by quickly fixed by staff. Check-in not as described. If single and Gay perfect proximity to all, nothing fancy and a little rough around the edges but overall an excellent value and unbeatable location.

Location was great. Beach and park view from the balcony. Nice to have table and chairs to sit and enjoy the view. The kitchen supplies were very minimal. Could have used a few more glasses. And the hot plate was so hidden I did not find it until readying ourselves to leave. The food we had purchased for breakfasts in the room had to be microwaved. Guess I should have checked with guest services. The room is small and although updated is still an oldy but goody! An as others have said, the bar is one floor below. I was tempted to drop a tray and ask for drinks delivered!! For our stay it was a good fit. We spent most of our time sightseeing.

Great efficiency room . Frig/ Hot plate sink and few dishes and silverware. Close walking distance to beach, restaurants, shopping and the zoo and park. Easy access to get out to rest of island fairly quick if you have a car. There are shuttles and public buses at the hotel too. Nice balcony view. Friendly staff. Great paid parking reserve early.

First, I must mention this room is directly over a bar and it is a bit noisy. That did not bother us at all but everybody’s different. Between my audio book and the white noise of the air conditioning, I fell asleep within 10 minutes each night. Pros: location, friendly building, close to beach and bus stops, next to large parks and green areas, much less crowded than the center of Waikiki. Cons: can’t think of any. We loved our two week stay. The sea wall at the beach next to the room makes the water like a bathtub - no waves at all. I have balance issues and my daughter gets dizzy very easily. The beach was ideal for both of us and the best part of our trip.

Overall, a great stay! Place was very clean and the location was awesome. As indicated in other post for this property, the night club can get a bit load, but for the most part we slept through it. Our host (Mark) has an office onsite and responded to any questions I had immediately! I would recommend this property for a stay in Waikiki!

Great location. Your about 1 1/2 block from Waikiki Beach. You have a restaurant and bar right there at the studio. The music does get a little loud at night, but it didn't bother me. Will book again.

This is a gorgeous up-to-date room with a balcony with views of the beach and ocean and the park across the street. The beach was in easy walking distance. I walked to the Honolulu Zoo across the street. The room rate was discounted because there is noise coming from the nightclub (Hula's Bar) downstairs. The noise was no worse than the traffic noise on Kapahulu and didn't bother me. I paid $30/day for an assigned parking space. I did laundry a couple of times. Overall, the room, views, parking, and staff were all very good. I'd stay here again for sure.
