We recommend only renting a car on days you plan to go North Shore

If you choose not to rent a car, there are multiple bus routes just steps away.

Uber or Lyft also available. Everything else is walking distance or easily accessible by bus which is one of the best systems in the US.

Very Convenient Location & Free Parking !
Stayed here for a week with my husband and another couple. We really enjoyed our stay as it was in a very convenient location and parking was free. The beach is right outside and you can easily walk to restaurants. The building is very old though but the interior of the condo was fine. It took us awhile to find the parking garage as it was confusing at first but it is directly to the left of the lockbox or on your right if you’re coming from the other side. The condo included towels which were very convenient and pots and cups/plates. Some of the stuff were very old like the coffee maker. The second bathroom was a little dirty but it wasn’t too bad. The second bedroom had a broken window that wouldn’t close but we alerted the management team. Other than that, we would definitely come back. They even provided beach amenities which we used! The laundry room was conveniently on the 3rd floor but sometimes it smelled really bad down there but better than nothing. Also, be careful when going out super late at night as it can be kind of scary. We noticed a lot of sketchy people outside and quite a lot of homeless hanging around so be wary. Also, they were not lying about how noisy it gets at night but it did not bother us too much since we sleep through pretty much anything. Overall, I would recommend this place.

Enjoyed our stay, except at night
Very close to the beach. Walkable to the various restaurants. Very nice to have a parking spot. ( a little scared to go in and out on the steep slope of the parking lot.) Enough towels and kitchen/toilet papers. A lot of kitchen appliances and utensils, even some oil and salt. But plates or glasses were not enough. One dining table with only 2 chairs. The rooms were well furnished and clean, but it is terribly noisy at night in the bedroom with lanai which is almost at the corner of Kuhio Ave. Since the window and the sliding glass doors can never be closed tight, we could hear police cars, garbage truck, loud music from the cars, buses and screaming people at midnight. The property manager is vey responsive and we enjoyed our stay in the bustling area of Waikiki.

Great Location
The unit was very nice and had lots of kitchen dishes and appliances required to do all of our cooking. We were surprised at all the added extras (dishwasher pods, cleaning supplies, etc). The unit looks recently renovated, the building is old but in a great location for walking to everything, a very short distance to the beach. It is situated on a busy street corner though and there is street noise 24 hours of the day.

Waikiki Stay
This property is just off the Main Street (Kalakaua) going past Waikiki Beach and has easy walking access to all of the surrounding shopping, restaurants and beach. This is a comfortable spot for a small family, or two couples with two separate bedrooms and bathrooms with a common living space. This was the perfect spot for our company to stay while in Waikiki for work. The rooms were well-furnished, upgraded and very clean.

Sketchy building and street
The actual building this unit is in was extremely sketchy. There were multiple drug deals right outside the gate making me feel unsafe, especially when I was checking in. There wasn’t much clarity on what gate the parking was in making it extremely confusing because the gate they made it seem like it was didn’t work because it was the next gate. More clarity for guest how to exactly open the lock box and what gate & garage parking is in would be good.

Convenient to the beach
Lovely apartment just a block from the beach. Lots of little extras, like beach chairs and floats (needs potholders). Streets are a little noisy, as other reviewers have commented, but not to the point of disturbing sleep (and I’m not a solid sleeper),

50th Birthday celebration
To celebrate my son’s 50th birthday we decided to do Waikiki. We arrived and had some issues getting the lockbox to open, the little release slide was stuck and it took several tries to get it open. Once in the apartment everything seemed ok, but we found lots of dirt under the sofa and the management had a recleaning that resolved this issue. Beds were very comfortable and the air conditioning worked well. Kitchen had everything you need for small group. Location is wonderful, short walk to everything and to Waikiki Beaches. Beautiful views at the beach.

Marbella Lane Waikiki
The unit was essentially as advertised. Location was very convenient for access to Waikiki beaches, stores, and Honolulu. Access to onsite parking was easy. Proximity to busy streets made the unit a bit more noisy than we expected. The Marbella Team was easy to contact and their support was good. Instructions for use of the key fobs and using the key pad on the door to the unit could have been clearer. The key fob is only needed to open the gate at the sidewalk, the sliding door to the elevator lobby, and the elevator floor buttons. The instruction for the entry door keypad provided on the inside of the front door were clear but you have to get inside the unit to see them. Kitchen didn't have much in the way of cooking pans, etc. but was adequate for preparing small meals. We prepared only breakfasts in the unit.
