Note: On Monday, February 2, 2022 - the exterior works project of the Ala Moana Hotel Condo will begin. The project will be staged and is expected to take approximately two years to fully complete. The work hours for the project are 8:30a to 5p, Monday through Friday, excluding recognized holidays.
The scope of work that will be performed on the exterior of the buildings:
- Concrete repair (spall repair).
- Re-painting the building.
- Limited Sealant replacement.
- Lanai deck coating for the Waikiki Tower Apartments.
