Decoration little tired in need of patching and painting as scuffed in parts. Bathroom totally unsuitable for 4 and impractical-roll top bath difficult to get in & out of to shower. No lock on bathroom door and sink unsuitable as so small couldn’t use it to wash as there was shelf above it.
