“Expedia and Lonesome dove ranch overbooked and we were told when we arrived we did not have a place to stay. Staff said Expedia wouldn’t give them our phone number to let us know. Difficult to find another hotel at last minute. Was a terrible experience. Not sure who messed up but we suffered the consequences from someone else’s mistake.”
