The Space:
This beautiful spacious downstairs apartment is located on Lake Cortez. You will have your own private entrance at the back of the home and the homeowner is NEVER there when guests are so you will have plenty of privacy. The views are gorgeous! Featuring 3 bedrooms, 1 bath, washer/dryer and a game room. Guests have use of boat dock, kayaks and outdoor fire pit. You will not be disappointed with your stay.

**You will walk down the rock stairwell to the left of the garage to enter the Apartment.**

No Garage Use is allowed.

Guest Access:
Hot Springs Village is a gated community located about 25 minutes from Hot Springs. You will need to stop, give the guard your name, and they will give you a pass for your car. These are the only 2 gates that guests are allowed to enter through. You are in the mountains and cell signal could be hit or miss so we strongly encourage you to print these directions.
