"I would have to give this hotel a mixed review. The reception staff, pool and breakfast were wonderful, but there were some issues with the room. The air conditioning only worked intermittently and not during the night and when my bed collapsed during the night (a pull out bed to make up a triple room), instead of receiving an apology, I was asked not to ‘jump on the bed.’ I’m a 51 year old woman and unlikely to do this! Also we hired 3 bikes which were not in good condition with poor brakes. "
