The community is guarded and it has three pools for your use and entertainment. It has a private patio to enjoy a great cup of coffee! Perfect for long stays, internships, or while looking for that place to live or rent.

I travel a lot and I keep my car parked on the garage. When in Houston, I make a short stop at the property, pick up my car, then park it back when I leave. The other spot on the garage is for guests to use.
