“When we checked, the staff were not wearing anything indicating that they were part of the hotel staff as they were wearing regular clothes. After we had checked in, we went to our room. We did not have hand soap in the room nor did they have any in stock on the property. The pool was closed as they did not have the proper cleaning supplies to clean the pool. They did not had very little to offer for breakfast and the same goes for coffee. The vending machines were mostly empty.”

“Not a good experience dirty floor, stained couch, no pad under sheet, sheet was upside down and definitely very worn. Soap for washing hands made my hands red and stinging...might have been allergic to it, but I don't have allergies usually. Tried to get an updated room or a clean room. Said none available. He was hard to understand. Wouldn't refund because bought through Expedia, but I couldn't stay any longer. Worst room I have ever had. The bathroom looked clean, but smelled musty. Also……
