The system was down when I was checking in, but the staff handled the chaos with grace and quickly got me into my room. We were a large group and they were extremely friendly and accommodating.

Super cute town and close to bike trail

Everything was in perfect order, the staff was friendly, and when we needed to check out earlier than planned, they were very accomodating. The desk clerk took care of everything just as promised. This took a little extra effort on her part since we had booked online. Very pleased.

It was a very quaint small town Inn. It reminded me of a Bed and Breakfast. Very comfortable room and nice Restraunts walking distance from the hotel.

We had a great stay here! My husband works from home and we requested early check-in so he could get to work as soon as we arrived. The staff were friendly and accommodating. The wifi was great and was a private network, so a great location to work remotely! The property was clean and new. The kitchen was great for cooking at home if desired. The beds were large and cozy. Comfy bed and great breakfast

Staff was very helpful in grouping our family together. We especially enjoyed the use of the large common room by th 13 grandhildren (and some adults, and great grand children too). Only problem with the facilities was that our toilet was clogged when we first checked in. The staff unclogged it quickly but it left my germophobic wife uncomfortable with the facility for the remainder of our 3 night stay.

Friendly and clean hotel with plenty of parking behind the hotel. We arrived on a Friday, stayed until Sunday. Try the Winneshiek Ice Water made by Dylan at the Tap Room! Just a short walk to Trout Run Trail which covers just about every terrain from hilly, rocky, switch backs to prairie farm land. We stayed one night and were very satisfied. The staff was very helpful with some confusion about our reservation and helped us. The breakfast options were typical. The breakfast room was neat and clean as were the rooms. Great value!

Quiet, accessible, very clean. Enjoyed how close it is to downtown.

My husband and I were in town for a wedding and had called ahead to see if it would be possible to do an early check in. The wonderful sweet woman who I spoke with made not of this and said sure. There is a small charge per hour to check in early but... it is well worth it. We arrived a little later than we expected but....our room was ready for us to check-in. It was super clean and ready to go! We had a lovely comfortable room! Thank you!

Very inexpensive but does not feel like it. Room included a frig , microwave and coffee pot. Room was clean and quiet and the bed was comfortable. Have stayed here twice before and will always choose this when coming through.
