"This penthouse at Bridges Bay was definitely perfect for our family gathering. There was plenty of space with having 7 adults and 3 kids under the age of 6. We were here at the time of the flooding in Northwestern Iowa, so there was a no wake rule for the lake; it was absolutely calm. The view from the top level of the complex was amazing and had very comfortable seating out on the patio. "My husband and I recently stayed at this condo with our 4 sons. Three teenagers and one age 9. The location is absolutely perfect. The lake view is amazing and the fact that it is a corner unit on the ground level gave us lots of yard room to utilize for outdoor activities. We could also see fireworks right from our condo. The unit was very clean and also very very quiet. The location was steps away from the waterpark, zipline, basketball court. Communication with the owner was very efficient...

"Well appointed 2 bed 2 bath condo in Coronado building. Host was easy to work with when we had a couple of hiccups. Note, the second bedroom is better suited for younger kids as it has bunk beds. Patio furniture was minimal, wish there was a table but overall very nicely furnished condo with great lake views."

The view of the lake was wonderful just wish the weather would have cooperated so we would have had more time to enjoy the balcony. Close to parks around lake. "Stayed 4 night 5 days Beautiful Condo was in excellent location to what we needed and handicap accessible .. only issue was floors were very dirty and furniture dusty and definitely needed wiped down and or at least swept , couldn’t do ourselves as no swifter supplies or wet mop .. also forgot hair blower and one at condo did not work .. one pillow in main bedroom had blood on pillowcase .. despite all price good and location and newness alone would stay there again"
