“This is a large hotel with many activities, music, and a swimming pool. The staff are not very attentive. The price on the app was 714 soles for 2 nights, but upon arrival they charged 854 soles due to additional taxes, which is quite unreasonable. I’ve booked many hotels in Peru through apps before and have never been charged extra taxes like this”

“Everything about this place is excellent! From super clean rooms with fresh smelling sheets/pillows, a fan in the room which helps with some relief from the desert heat, the food from the restaurant is a fair price and absolutely delicious! We had more than one excellent conversation with Eduardo about local history, spirituality, and about our home country Canada 🇨🇦 I absolutely recommend renting the gear to try your hand at sandboarding if you are able as it is a beyond exhilarating……

“The property was okay for cleanliness, but it was very noisy from early evening to late evening. I had to put in ear beats and turn up the volume with my calm app to get to sleep. At check-in I had to pay for the room when I had the receipt that I paid through Expedia before my trip. There seems to be a lack of communication between the hotel and Expedia. ”

“The stay was okay the premises needs more maintenance. It needs hammocks, new seat cushions on the pool chairs. The breakfast was okay too needs more options. The rooms were great”
