“I don't normally do bad reviews and stay in hotels around 30/40 nights a year. Other than the location and pool this experience was very poor. The WiFi is not suitable for video calls or streaming. The Aircon doesn't lower the temperature effectively at all which for a hot place makes sleeping very hard. The water is a trickle and doesn't run hot which is okay after a hot day in the dunes but reflects poorly on the hotel. When arriving and paying by card a 5% fee is levied which isn't written……

“Everything about this place is excellent! From super clean rooms with fresh smelling sheets/pillows, a fan in the room which helps with some relief from the desert heat, the food from the restaurant is a fair price and absolutely delicious! We had more than one excellent conversation with Eduardo about local history, spirituality, and about our home country Canada 🇨🇦 I absolutely recommend renting the gear to try your hand at sandboarding if you are able as it is a beyond exhilarating……

“Clean remodeled rooms. Great service. The oasis is just around the corner. Free breakfast plus a restaurant on site. As you enter the property everything is there, pool, check-in, bar,restaurant, water, sodas, treats. I liked the cozyness feel to it.”

“The whole property is simply beautiful. It is a vineyard and winery (pisco distillery really) “old hacienda” turned into a hotel. The building (hotel, rooms, restaurant, gym, chapel, distillery) is all in the vineyard. Some rooms overlook the vineyard (gorgeous). The staff is friendly and professional. Food was delicious (local and international dishes. The pool is perfect. ”

“Un hotel u hospedaje de retiro familiar se caracteriza por su lealtad a los clientes, la privacidad y/o el trato de los colaboradores a nosotros, es un punto que este hotel no cumple no lo recomiendo a nadie si bien es cierto el gerente Juan es una excelente persona y muy profesional pero sus colaboradores no tienen la mínima idea del trato que deben recibir los huéspedes. ”

“Después de pagar las habitaciones, llege al hotel y el hotel había vendido mis habitaciones a otras personas , nunca me purse quedar alli y tuve que ir a buscar otro hotel por dos horas por todo ica, no se queden alli”
