"Missed my flight to Toronto and needed to book a hotel quick.. it was about 10 mins from the airport. Staff were nice, the room was clean and the restaurant had great wings. If you miss your flight in Houston I would recommend this hotel"

"The worst thing is trying to find a place to be dropped off and finding the front desk. We had to drag 3 large suitcases up and down the escalator. They never asked to help us. The best part was the drive to the airport and the porters. They were very helpful and efficient. Also the Flights waitress was fabulous!!!"

"I love they had breakfast in the morning The staff were very respectful great and at your assistance My room was a 4/10 tho they didn’t vacuum My room had a real strong order but once I reported it they didn’t vacuum come in fix the order and more that I did need which made the rate of the room go from 4/10 to a 7/10 I believe they need more cleaning supplies they need to vacuum more and also they need to have someone to clean the elevators and hall around the clock to maintain the up keeping of the whole facility they also need security due to homeless issue outside but the whole experience is a 7/10"
