The condo is exquisitely furnished with vaulted ceilings, ceiling fans, elegant tile floors, and vibrant tropical décor, all of which contribute to creating the ideal ambiance for your vacation.
Step onto the spacious balcony and bask in the abundant natural light streaming through the grand patio windows. Enjoy the tranquility of the golf course and beach views while enjoying a morning coffee or evening cocktail. Immerse yourself in the mesmerizing sight of the waves rolling in, while their gentle rumble lulls you into a state of pure bliss.
You are invited to choose from any of the three bedrooms and mezzanine to indulge in a rejuvenating night's sleep. #### Beautiful place, needs updates, beach not usable
Pros: Safe, clean and beautiful area and condo. Cons, Beach was not useable, covered in seaweed on beach and water. We travelled to other areas, so not a big deal for us. 2 AC unit dripped (we kept all units above 72). Top floor bathroom not finished, needs a step and handrail installed. Overall, enjoyed our stay, just needs some things fixed or finished

An exceptional property with all the comforts of home. We had an amazing stay, and all the support and assistance from the Surfside Resort team made our time at Palmas unforgettable. Our entire family (ages 6-76) had the best time! Can’t wait to come back!

#### No wifi/ internet
I’ve rent for 8 people and only 4 make it. And only found 2 bathroom paper for 4 and it wasn’t enough. No way to connect with wifi or internet. Had to call asking for more trash can liners.we only got 2 for 4 days. The split on the 1rst bedroom it was leaking and my mom got her clothes wet.

Palmas Del Mar is a gated community with several gated communities within the main community. It felt extremely safe for myself and three children. The beach was rough on the east side with seaweed due to tropical storms. We be out each day to other beaches. Definitely rent a vehicle as Palmas Del Mar is not located close to San Juan or other attractions. We loved the unit. Plenty of space. With two daughters and one son, it gave us each space to shower separately and sleep separately. We’d definitely book again. Unit had boogie boards, cooler, beach towels, and other items needed for a weeks stay. Do not leave food items on counter as ants will find it. We had to throw away our expensive pastries bought at the nearby hotel. Heavy rains caused some water to get into the condo, so we notified the staff at Surfside Rentals and expect that to be fixed asap. Otherwise, a perfect vacation.

#### Great family vacation
The unit is located on the beach, which We loved! The pool was clean and never too crowded. The Palmas community had good restaurants and was so clean and safe. Due to the brown algae (no fault of the property) the beach wasn’t usable until the end of the week. However- it’s Puerto Rico and there are many beautiful beaches. We ended up at Luquillio Beach with its beautiful and clear waters. As for food shopping, go the Walmart in Humacao, it has everything you need just 10 minutes away. We rented a golf car to zip around Palmas and enjoyed that- very useful when going to on property restaurants. If you like regular beach chairs, you can rent them at most beaches along with umbrellas. It looks like you can rent them right on the beach in Palmas, but it wasn’t open due to the algea. They will provide you with 2 camp style chairs to use at the beach. Loved that the unit had a washer and dryer- super useful. All in all a great vacation.

The condo was well equipped with beautiful views and comfy beds. The resort amenities and restaurants were wonderful and easy to get to. If the beaches hadn’t been full of seaweed at the resort we could have probably spent the entire week there with no complaints. I would stay here again!

VERY large resort property - it is its own town. Our unit overlooked the beach and a golf hole. Unit was well stocked, cleaned and we loved all the towel art on our first day. Quick 2 min path to the beach. If you rent in this development, there is very well stocked small grocery store on premise (wish we had known that before we got there) to do shopping while we waited for unit to be ready at check in time. Also a few restuarants on property - Trove in Beach Village was spectacular! if you're looking just to relax and not explore island or do excursions, this resort and area or perfect. Very scenic - many birds in the multiple ponds, turtles and lovely flora

very clean, right near the beach and pool. the only thing was there was a lot of algae in the water but i think it’s because the time of year. very safe area to stay. the pictures don’t do it justice because the furniture has been updated.

Fueron unas excelentes vacaciones. A pesar de las restricciones por la pandemia fue posible pasarla bien y relajarse en estos tiempos difíciles. La villa se encuentra en buenas condiciones, limpia, bien equipada, acogedora y con una vista espectacular. Por otro lado y como crítica constructiva; las antiguas cortinas de la sala no permiten disfrutar de tan hermosa vista, el TV de la sala en mal estado, la lámpara del balcón no funciona, la cama tamaño king debe estar en el cuarto principal. Además cuenta con 2 camas en uno de los cuartos y con BBQ y en la página no aparece esa información. Deben actualizar las fotos.

Beautiful apartment, very clean in a nice location, near the pool and the beach. Kids have a lot of fun at the pool and Candelero facilities. Accessible restaurants, bar at the pool. However, some items listed as available were missing (washing machine soap, kitchen items) but issue was solved quickly at Palmonova minimarket. The apartment has water leaking from the ceiling in the living room area which caused a situation with one of my little toddler. Very poor comunication with Surfside Palmas, telephone not working at all, voice message left unanswered, only reached by email which is a problem since the responses are delay. We spent a good stay overall but definitely there were issues during our stay.
